Price

The price indicated on this website is in Taiwan dollars. Unless there is an obvious error, when your order is accepted, you agree to pay the price shown on this website. We try our best to ensure that all prices displayed on this website are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all prices are correct, and reserve the right to correct any errors. If we find that the price of any product you have ordered is incorrect, we will notify you as soon as possible, at which time you can choose to reconfirm or cancel the order. If we fail to contact you, we will treat the order as a cancellation.

Accept order

When you enter your personal information, payment information and submit the order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the order. This email only confirms the receipt of the order, and does not mean that the order is accepted. When we send you an email to confirm that the goods have been shipped, it means that your order has been accepted and your contract with TWbuy has been completed. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent when the goods are shipped are included in the contract.

TWbuy reserves the right to decide not to accept orders for any reason. Reasons include but are not limited to one of the following:

a) The product you ordered is out of stock, or because it fails to meet our quality standards or because one or all of the ordered products are subject to delivery restrictions Was withdrawn.

b) We found an error in the price or product description

c) We were unable to obtain payment authorization

d) You did not comply with the purchase set out in the terms of service Eligibility

If there are any problems with your order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery and Pickup

When you place an order on the website, you will receive a reminder of the expected delivery time. The TWbuy team will try their best to complete the delivery within the estimated time, but there is no guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you within the estimated time.

TWbuy insures each order during the shipping process until the goods are delivered or picked up. When picking up the goods, you need to sign the receipt confirmation. After signing, you begin to take responsibility for the goods. If the picker is not the original purchaser, or the delivery is a gift, it means that you accept the signature of the above-mentioned person as proof of delivery and that TWbuy has completed your order and accepts the transfer of related responsibilities. TWbuy reserves the right to update the shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Returns

TWbuy hopes to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so it has a free, no-reason return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return the product and get a full refund.

a) Customers can return the goods within 7 days after ordering.

b) The returned goods must remain in their original condition: that is, unworn/used, placed in undamaged original brand boxes and bags, and all price tags are intact.

If you want to return the goods, please fill in the return form received during delivery, and return the goods with the original packaging to our address. If you do not keep the purchase form, please call our customer service team and we will reissue it to you by email.

Please note that there is no refund of shipping costs when returning goods.

These terms of service do not intend to affect your rights under the laws of Taiwan.
